Returns

The customers who for whatever reason are not satisfied with the product they have purchased from us, have the right to terminate the contract without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of order. For the purposes of the deadline, the goods are considered as returned when they are delivered to the shipping of competence. The integrity of the property to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. All items must be received in the same condition, fitted with the label, and the packaging. The articles must not have been altered in any way and must not show any signs of wear or use.

The procedures for the exercise of withdrawal rights are represented by a return request via e-mail to customercare@areaforte.it. The request must specify the order number and the article/s you wish to return or exchange. Next to it, you will be forwarded the instructions for the return from our customer service.

We will accept the returned goods only after a careful inspection by our team of professionals, in order to make sure that the products have been returned following the instructions described above. Area Forte reserves the right to reject attempts made unauthorized and that do not conform to the specified policies made.

Returns are free for Italy,  and for Europe have a cost of 10 € and 20 € for the United States.

Returns are not possible for Russia.

PLEASE NOTE

– All products must be returned in original condition with their packaging intact and their labels.

– Refunds may take from 3-5 working days to show up on your payment method after reaching our warehouse

– The responsibility of the merch and articles remains with the customer until reaching our warehouses
