    Shipping methods

    We ship to Italy, Europe and the US

    The delivery of products is made in Italy free of charge by courier BTR Bartolini Express Courier http://www.brt.it/ and in Europe and USA with UPS.

    For shipments to Italy, the tracking service (tracking) of the package will be activated as soon as the shipment will be ready to be shipped. The customer will receive from Bartolini Corriere Espresso email or a text message with the date and time of expected delivery.

    For shipments to Europe and the US, the tracking of the package will be communicated to the customer via email from Areaforte.it.

    The courier making deliveries from Monday to Friday both morning and afternoon. The recipient can not be delivered to specific times or days. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice that the package is waiting to be delivered. Delivery will be attempted twice, then, if not, the customer will be contacted. Forte area will not be liable for any failures in service delivery by the courier.

    In the case of deliveries to receptions (with the reclaim signature by the receptionist), Area Forte will not be held responsible if delivery of the package to the final recipient. If a destination country is not among those listed, in choosing the method of delivery, it means that currently envisaged the delivery of products in that country.

    Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to check:

    - That the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document;

    - The packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal).

    Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately detected by affixing a specific indication on the delivery of the product to riconsegnarsi to the carrier.

    Any problems concerning the physical, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 days from delivery, in the manner provided herein.

    The cost of shipping in Italy is free..

    The cost of shipments in Europe is 10 €. 

    The cost of shipments in the US is 20 €. (excluding any customs fees and customer load)

    Shipping Times

    The delivery of the products in Italy usually takes place within 24 hours after the order which will be duly communicated to the customer. Orders placed before 15 hours, will be processed and shipped the same day and delivered to the customer by BRT the next day. 

    The delivery of products in Europe with UPS usually takes place within 48 hours after the order. Orders placed before 15 hours, will be processed and shipped the same day and delivered to the customer within 48 hours. 

    Any delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of products, by failures in by the courier service, by force majeure or in the event of celebrations. In the case of purchase by credit card or PayPal, the delay in shipping may be caused by the impossibility of withdrawing the amount authorized for payment. If once 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) has not yet received the goods, please contact customer service at customercare@areaforte.it.

    The delivery times indicated by Forte Area should be considered as purely indicative and delayed with respect to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments do not legitimize the Customer to refuse the same delivery and to request reparations or compensation.

    Import duties and taxes (shipments outside the European Union)

    With regard to deliveries required in non-EU countries, any import customs charges will be borne by the recipient. customs duties and taxes may differ according to the country of destination and are charged when the goods reach their destination: it therefore calls on the customer requested to contact the customs authorities in your country to check the costs and any import limits./p>

    In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (eg. Address and / or phone number of wrong recipient; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.) Will be deducted the amount to cover the following expenses: sending goods + goods + return for returning the customs and charged to the recipient. Instead it will be refunded the price of the goods.
